3 sheets of philo dough(yufka)1 cup sunflower oil.White cheese and parsley for filling.i dont put parsley.but generaly they do.
Mix chopped parsley with cheese to prepare the filling. Put the sheets of ‘yufka’ on top of the other. Then cut along the diameter. Cut these semicircular layers into four equal parts. So that you will have 24 equal parts of triangular sheets of ‘yufka’. Put some filling on each part of triangles. Fold the two sides over and roll it like a cigarette. Dip the sharp end of it in a glass of water and stick it on. Fry them until they are golden and serve hot.ı also try it with other kinds of cheese.
