We generaly dont cook lahmacun in homes.Turkish people prefer to eat lahmacun and kebaps in kebap houses.Cos you can never catch the same taste at home.becouse you will need special fireplace to cook it.Some people call it Turkish pizza but i dont see any similarities between pizza and lahmacun.I put some foods recipe or pics which i dont cook at home just to introduce turkish foods.Lahmacun is one of them.Sunday, January 18, 2009
